Keep Your Office Clean To Get The Maximum Output From Your Staff
The job of cleaning the premises of the office is usually the employer's responsibility, but as a responsible employee of the office, it also becomes your duty to perform the job at your level. The job of cleaning the office starts before commencing your daily work schedule. It is the duty of the staff and the house keeping team to see that the working environment in the office is comfortable, clean and hygienic. The overall environment of the office is responsible to a large extent for the quality of work and the total output of its staffs. On a daily basis, it is the duty of the house keeping staffs to look after the entire area of the office such as office desk, open space, pantry, etc and keep it neat and clean.
The office cleaning process, along with its work instruction is quite a crucial document of the company's manual. Generally these instructions are very detailed that have been inspired by the high quality guidelines of a number of bodies and experts. But, the precise version of the cleaning document is kept in some visible area of the office from where any staff can take it and read it. Theshorter version of the document also contains a form mentioning when the office was cleaned last. The form has to be updated by the staff who carries out the last cleaning job. Further, the supervisor signs it after inspecting the job so as to monitor the cleaning activity at his level.
The office cleaning job can also be performed by a sincere staff but he cannot perform the cleaning job beyond his desk. Cleaning your own work area takes very little time as the area you have to clean is quite small. Before starting the daily work routine, you must inspect your desk to see if all the things, such as pens, files and papers are kept in their assigned place. You should also arrange your chair, desktop and other things that you use on daily basis. If you are not able to do certain cleaning job, you can take the help of the cleaning staffs who will be quiteglad to help you.
If on a particular day you are expecting a few guests in your office, you can keep a cleaner for the whole day to do an elaborate cleaning exercise. Surprise inspections in offices are very good for this purpose as they can make the employees aware about their work area. If you are the boss of the office, train your staff to give priority to the cleanliness of the working area. People spend the whole weekdays in their office, and therefore it is very crucial to look after the cleanliness of the office and it becomes the duty of each and every staff to make it a good place to work at.

QUESTION:
Has anyone gotten their solar panel rebates in Florida?
Thinking about getting a solar panel installed but i'm worried about getting the govt. rebates. There is a Federal Tax credit and a State of Florida rebate and i'm wondering what the time frame is for getting the rebates. Has anyone gotten a solar panel installed recently that could give me more info. Thanks!
-
ANSWER:
Do not count on getting the rebate soon or if at all. You should get on the list and wait until the funds are released.Good luck.
Summary:
Note: There is currently a waiting list for rebates from the Solar Energy Incentives Program. This program has received million in federal funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This funding will be used to award rebates to some of the systems that are on the waiting list. The state has applied for an additional .4 million in federal funding for this rebate program. Systems applying for the rebate at the present time will be placed on the waiting list. If additional federal funded is received, the approved applications will be awarded rebates based on the order in which they were received. FY 2009-2010 is the last year of the solar rebate program and the last year the program could be funded under current authorizing statute.Florida's Solar Energy System Incentives Program was established in June 2006 (SB 888) to provide financial incentives for the purchase and installation of solar energy systems from July 1, 2006, through June 20, 2010. A total of .5 million was available for FY 2006-2007; .5 million was available for FY 2007-2008, and million is available for FY 2008-09.

QUESTION:
Australian Government, means testing the solar panel rebate - I think it is ridiculous, tell me your thoughts?
I was hoping that Rudd would take the environment seriously, he has just wiped out any chance for solar powered homes to take off. People on 0,000 and over are the only ones in the position to even consider adding solar power to their homes, these people purchasing the systems would eventually help to reduce the cost of solar and help these new companies get a foot hold.
Other countries are moving forward in this area, we seem to be one step forward, two backward.
The Government definately has a nasty love affair with coal power stations, I am extremely dissapointed in them and if they don't put the rebate back on I will not be voting for them next time.-
ANSWER:
Spot on Linda, the orders for solar has officially dropped by 70%. With the rebate its still to expensive for those under 100 000. Reckon he will change his position on this sooner rather than latter.

QUESTION:
Atrum Solar gave me an estiamte of approx. ,000 for a solar panel system before rebate...?
Hi, We have a cabin which is approx. 1,000 sq ft with approx. 500 sq ft of workable roof space (according to astrum) The system we could able to get would produce approx. 5-6 kw of energy for our home. Does this estimate sound accurate? I don't really have an issue because i realize it is just an estimate - But i can't afford this amount of money for a solar system. Does anyone have information about companies the will lease solar panel systems in Pennsylvania? Or maybe some information on DIY solar panel kits? Actually any information on how a may be able to afford solar power would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!-
ANSWER:
Cool question!First, I am assuming you are off the grid, in other words the cabin has no connection to the power grid. A grid connected system is going to require the technical assistance of this company and you will be prey to any costs that they want to charge.
The good news is that you can tell Atrum Solar that you only want 100 watts of solar power on the roof and federal regulations allow you to expand its capacity at your own pace. Make sure you tell them that you want the system to have the ability to handle at least 2000 watts of solar power in the future so you can expand as much as you want without buying more equipment.
Second, I encourage you to build your own solar system in the interim. Total cost will be less than ,000 and you can power a television along with some lights with no problem at all. The solar panels you buy can be connected to the system that you eventually purchase.
The biggest gain from building your own solar system or DIY is that you will understand the costs of the technology and can fight back against over priced estimates. Here are some of my articles on this subject:

QUESTION:
Would it have benefited the u.s. more if we had each received a solar panel instead of a rebate check?-
ANSWER:
Let me play the thought experiment. The companies making solar panels would have windfall profits because of sudden huge demand for over 100 million panels. If each panel is 100 watts (a round number), that 10 GW of panels, rivalling the entire production of the solar industry today.
Most people wouldn't have the capital or desire to do anything with their one panel, so there would be scavengers offering to buy these panels, sometimes at ridiculously low prices. Ultimately most people getting a panel would end up with less money than if the just got a cash rebate in the first place.
For those installing solar, or getting it installed, this would be a boon, because of the oversupply of cheap panels lying around.

QUESTION:
Why do they only offer one solar rebate per person?
When I sell this house I leave behind my new solar panels and don't qualify for panels in my next house. Don't they want evey house to have solar panels?-
ANSWER:
Are you married? Have a partner? Anyone else besides yourself that has a social security number? Do you see where I'm going with this? I agree with what you're saying. You should get another credit so get it how ever you can. I would find someone who knows about Solar credit and ask them how to do this. Does the state you live in have any rebates or credits? Leave no stone unturned. To answer your last question:No. I don't believe they want Solar on every house. They just want us to think they do.Back in the 1980's people abused the law by jacking up the cost of systems so people could get a big credit. This is why the law has been changed but I feel if you move 20 times and put Solar on you should get a credit. Period!
